Vector Marketing Corporation

Vector Marketing Corporation provides students who have an entrepreneurial spirit with work experience that build the skills needed for professional success. As sales representatives for Vector Marketing selling Cutco Cutlery; students develop "Skills for Life" in communication, product demonstration, time management, public speaking, goal-setting and customer service.

Through our collaboration with marketing faculty, along with our involvement with selected campus programs, Vector Marketing contributes in numerous ways to the preparation of students for careers in sales and marketing. Internships, classroom lectures, experiential activities, and case studies on our business, are just several of the ways that Vector Marketing is involved on campus.

The Vector Marketing Campus Relations department directs the company’s academic programs, with a staff of eight professionals. These individuals assist student representatives with internships, arrange for guest speakers, and provide liaison with career services to meet local recruiting needs. In addition, Vector Marketing maintains regional involvement in the National Association for Colleges and Employers, Pi Sigma Epsilon, local marketing clubs, and other professional associations.
